These guys did an excellent job responding to our heater repair needs. The phone service and appointment set up was friendly, efficient and same-day service. They are very professional and give a window of time with text messages communicating arrival time. Paul did a great job diagnosing and promptly fixing the problem in a professional manner. It's very hard to get good service around here and these guys are top notch. Highly recommend!

Angel is a wonderfully talented technician, who truly cares about his customer service. His team consists of highly qualified individuals, and they are prompt and less expensive than the competition.
Our property management set up the appointment but the process was so easy. I liked the text message alerts to arrival time. Jose was great. He was polite and a fast worker. He had supplies on his truck and was respectful about not ringing my doorbell and upsetting my dog. Definitely recommend using them.

We had the most AMAZING repair guy named Angel come out tonight and fix our air conditioner when the guy from S&S Said it couldn't be done. Angel was fast efficient and super professional. We will be using him again in the future. Also Claudia in the office was so sweet and helpful.
We got back from our summer vacation to temperatures of 105 degrees and our AC wasn’t working. Angel from 24 hour air conditioning and heating was able to come over same day and replace the part. Then he checked and changed our filters. We are now as comfortable as ever and really appreciate the prompt service from Angel. He was a true professional!
