He was professional and fast. Repair was reasonable and he took the time to look at our other unit and found and headed off a developing problem before the unit failed. We have found our new HVAC company.

I had them come by 3 times. They diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit and I authorized the repair. They called the supply house and verified the part was in stock. They left and said they would be back at 9 AM the following day to get me up and going. They had 3 people come back and tried to “up-sell” me to a COMPLETELY NEW SYSTEM for over $5,000 instead, and when I declined and opted for the repair they already told me would fix it, the refused to do it. Very polite and professional. These guys have a lot of knowledge and experience but don't talk down to you and go out of their way to to help.
We have had 24 Hour as our service people for a number of years taking advantage of the program that has the heating/AC checked twice a year. The techs are always very ready to ask questions; best is they do such a thourough job. The work area is always cleaned up when they are done. Friendly and very service oriented.
Came out of my door to find this. I already loved 24 hour air conditioning and heating before because of their service. These guys are superb! Spend their Saturday delivering these to people in our community!
My heating went out and they were right there. He stayed till it was running then came back to finish the next day to finish. Great friendly
OMG, I'm so excited about 24 hour Air! They are so prompt and efficient. I loved the price and the results. Can't beat the service both before and after the sale. Love these guys!
