My technician Mike was excellent. He arrived quickly, did a thorough job inspecting my heat pump, explained the process and informed me that it was working correctly. Having the year round maintenance contract is so worthwhile to put my mind at rest. Both he and his associate were extremely pleasant and efficient. I thoroughly recommend him and Absolute Air. I would also like to add that the lady that answers the phone is always friendly, efficient and helpful.

Friendly and efficient service. There quickly in an emergency or best to keep them come and service regularly to prevent expensive emergencies. Appreciate how they are good at educating and giving recommendations based on our usage to save money in long run. Service is reasonably priced. Mike is a great service man.

We love 24 Hour. They always respond quickly, which is important with the hot weather we have been having. They always explain in detail what is going on with our HVAC units and give their suggestions. We are then able to make an educated decision. They are very polite and friendly.
