We had an excellent experience buying our 2024 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. Our salesman Syed and Farik were knowledgeable and not pushy. Ali was very friendly with the finance portion as well as Bob who negotiated our price in a fair manner. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My previous encounters with Earnhardt Hyundai Service and Sales were not stellar. However, this visit all the previous shortcomings in Service had been corrected! Chris met me promptly at my SUV -confirmed the scheduled service and recall. Estimated the work time at 2 hours--1.5 hours later it was done. He went over the work and invoice-a pleasant experience. The waiting area is now complete and more utilitarian then when under construction on my last visit.

Being updated as to the status of the service activity on my vehicle is important to me. Without prompting, Chris Updated me several times during my visit on the status of my vehicle and when he expected the work to be finished. He was knowledgeable and personable. I arranged for him to also be the service advisor for my wife’s Santa Fe.
