My service provider, Chris Chase was friendly and accommodating. He told me the service shouldn’t take longer than 1 hour and fifteen minutes and they delivered earlier, about 50 minutes. Great experience

Norm was great, but... Norm is a great service advisor, so this review has nothing to do with him. When I scheduled my appointment weeks ahead of my appointment date, I made a note in the service comments field about an engine noise that had begun about 6 weeks prior on my 2024 Tucson. I have been with this dealership for 10 years, My previous Hyundai Sante Fe was purchased from them and I just purchased a new Tucson Hybrid from them.
