Efficient, professional, thorough. I contacted the dealership and this nice receptionist was very helpful. Made my appointment quickly. In the nearly 5 years this was the quickest appointment I have ever had as far as booking. I usually wait 2 months. I was able to book with my service advisor as well. I showed up and Chris got us checked in. Tyler called and my car was ready for pick up at 5pm. Tyler took my concerns seriously and my vehicle was repaired. Very pleased with my 20k service on my 22 Elantra, which I love BTW, Professional, knowledgeable service rep. This service was complimentary. Service found my battery going and replaced it NC since its under 30k mi. I love Hyundai cars and this dealership!!!
