I have had Tyler Busell as my Service Advisor since December 2023. He is an excellent communicator, friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks for having employees like Tyler in the service department. We had our previous Tucson hybrid serviced at Earnhardt and worked with Norm so when we were ready to check for another vehicle we visited Earnhardt. We visited twice without anyone making contact with us or trying to help us. We visited a third time which we decided would be our last but this time Aamir Khan got up from his desk and helped us.
