Very easy and efficient. Easy to schedule apt online, greeting by service advisor immediately on arrival, comfortable waiting area, service completed before promised. Service advisors are knowledgeable and professional.

Efficient, professional, thorough. I contacted the dealership and this nice receptionist was very helpful. Made my appointment quickly. In the nearly 5 years this was the quickest appointment I have ever had as far as booking. I usually wait 2 months. I was able to book with my service advisor as well. Very pleased with my 20k service on my 22 Elantra, which I love BTW, Professional, knowledgeable service rep. This service was complimentary. Service found my battery going and replaced it NC since its under 30k mi. I love Hyundai cars and this dealership!!!
