We had our previous Tucson hybrid serviced at Earnhardt and worked with Norm so when we were ready to check for another vehicle we visited Earnhardt. We visited twice without anyone making contact with us or trying to help us. We visited a third time which we decided would be our last but this time Aamir Khan got up from his desk and helped us. We ended up purchasing a car from him.

Aamir Khan did an outstanding job helping us with a new car purchase. The color we wanted wasn't available at the Earnhardt dealership, so he reached out to other dealerships and finally located one. I was able to schedule an oil change and tire rotation within less than a week of my call and had a great experience. I was in the waiting room for about 45 minutes and had a couple follow-up questions for my service rep. Very good experience and professional shop!
