Tyler was an awesome service advisor. He made it so easy to leave my Tucson, run some errands with my wife, then come back and pick the Tucson up. He kept in communication with me. Fortunately everything checked out well on my 8000 mile checkup.. Tyler even arranged to have my vehicle washed as well. It was a very nice experience. I highly recommend Tyler and Earnhardt Hyundai!

Carreo helped me fix my low pressure indicator for my tires. He very politely pointed out that I had the incorrect target pressure in my mind (i misread the label on the door panel). I was very embarrassed by my mistake but the staff at Hyundai simply corrected my issue. While waiting I enjoyed the coffee bar and watched golf to kill the time, WELL DONE CARREO AND EARNHARDT
