I've had two Santa Fes over the last 20+ years. I always receive professional care. Carrio and Tyler in the Service Dept are both professional and strive to make your experience positive. I brought my car in for service, and the mechanics were backed up so Carrio arranged a loaner so I could get my errands done. That shows respect for the customer's time. This dealership had a car I have been looking for with all the amenities so just like any car buyer here I’m sure you can image how I excited I was to finally find “the one” . I contacted them and wanted to proceed forward with purchasing. They said that they work with people out of state all time and they were very friendly. But my issue was with my pre approval and finance… I have a pre approval ready to buy the car check In hand from a military friendly bank, and the finance team here will not sell me the car with out run... read more

I am shopping from out of state and this dealership advertised this car that I really wanted and was ready to buy with my pre approval. Gave the deposit and all, but for some reason even with a legitimate pre approval from a military friendly bank, I have verified all for admin and fraud reasons…. I worked with Jerry Getz who welcomed me immediately and worked very hard to get my issue resolved. He then introduced me to Tyler in the service department who provided me with a loaner car. They were quick, efficient and got me right in and fixed my issue the same day. Ibraham and Santa were also top notch in the sales department.
