Exceptional service and excellent team. I live in Las Vegas but because of the incredible deals and easy process I bought my car here and flew in to pick it up. The dealership was great with a large selection of Santa Fe vehicles. However the most important reason I purchased a SUV from them was my salesman Syed Zaidi. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a no pressure salesman . I enjoyed the car buying process and working with Syed. He was able to get me the best deal and assisted with options for trading in my vehicle. The assistant sales manager Doug Konieczny was also pleasant and no pressure. My service representative has been Ricardo for about 3 years. I'm saddened that he's leaving the company and believe that he is a great loss to Earnhardt Hyundai. I'm uncertain why he's leaving, but know that Ricardo is an honorable, kind and super caring person who has always done the best he can for the people that he works with. I've always been so impressed by the way that he treats people. He is an above and beyond kind of person. What a loss!!!

BOUGHT MY HYUNDAI SANTE FE LIMITED HERE NEW, BUT NOW I’M A NOBODY TO THEM. APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY TO “HOLD” YOUR CAR IN A QUEUE FOR WEEKS WAITING FOR SERVICE WITHOUT YOUR VEHICLE! AND DON’T BOTHER BUYING AN EXTENDED WARRANTY HERE; IT’S WORTHLESS! NEW QUESTIONABLE SERVICE TACTICS TOO.
