Called and tried on line to schedule my first 'free' oil change and tire rotation. Every time I try to schedule on line this it comes back no time slots available. I also had my heads up display go out and have a high speed shimmy when braking hard. The earliest available appointment is a month away. This is unacceptable so I tried calling the service department and get no answer. I left a message and hope for a call back but I am not optomistic. Like the car, not sure about the service!

Recently had my genesis serviced . I had very professional service . The car was in at the appointment time and out just as my service director stated . My car was clean and all maintenance service was completed. I would highly recommend this dealership .

Straight forward professional sales people. I had done my research on possible cost savings off MSRP and the salesman was not afraid to discuss possible savings with me with no games or high pressure. Agreed on the final cost via follow up phone call and put deposit down. Very well organized when picking up the car. Had my own loan company approve the loan ahead of time. Good job guys.
