My new 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid stopped running and had to have it towed in for repair, but was told it would take a couple of days to find out what was wrong. I called my salesperson Art and asked him to step in and see what could be done to expedite the needed repairs and provide me with a loaner car. Within hours I received a call from Chris the service representative who told me they had diagnosed the problem, but that it would be a few days for the part to come in. Great Service! Went in for simple recall correction - appt making was easy, shuttle to and from my house exceptional and the cleaned the car thoroughly!!
I have a gas leak and I have gone to the dealership multiple times to fix. They tell me its something, they do the work and its not the thing they thought it was. Then my check engine comes back on. I have spent a good penny fixing things that didnt solve the issue.
