Discovery Hyundai went the extra mile for us in finding the exact vehicle we had asked for. They also helped us to find affordable insurance to go with the vehicle. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Discover Hyundai and I have to say the experience was like nothing I had ever seen before. John Lloyd was very friendly and answered all my questions - without talking down to me - in terms I could understand. He was extremely knowledgable, never pushy, and very pleasant to work with. Ric Andersen gave some of the best service we have recieved from anywhere, let alone a car dealership. Ric waited patiently for several hours after closing while my wife picked from two vehicles. His candor and experiences were well appreciated. If you expect quality service and superior knowledge of his product, look no further than Ric.

I have to say this guy is unbelievable. I am 75yrs old and have many new cars over the years, BUT I have never met a Service Advisor who steps up to the plate and makes the customer as comfortable as he does. He is invaluable in his position. He is knowledgeable and reasuring that a great job is going to be performed on your car. It always leaves the shop clean and with a good hand shake.

I don't even know how to thank Discover Hyundai on Hayden Road in Scottsdale for making this car buying process such a seamless experience! First of all, it probably wasn't a good idea to go car shopping on my first wedding anniversary and on a very hot day! Discover Hyundai has been a part of my "family" for over 2 years. Everytime I go in I feel taken care of. As soon as I arrive to the service department I am greeted and they immediately take a look at my car.
