Bill Johnson was the ideal sales person. He was considerate, open-minded, flexible, understanding, knowledgable about the product ans obviously there to ensure satisfaction on the part of the consumer. Having a great product to sell, no doubt made his job that much easier. Nevertheless, Bill was an Earnhardt rep to whom I would gladly refer friends in search of a great automotive deal. I have purchased two cars from this dealership. They are very focused on a positive customer experience and I have nothing but good things to say about them and their products.
It was a pleasant experience having Tony as our salesman. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He made sure we had water, coffee etc. and kept us entertained with little stories and jokes while we waited for the paper work to get done. A few days later he called us to see if everything was ok with the car.
We actually bought 2 cars-both new (a Genesis Coupe (for my daughter) and a Tucson (for me)) on the same day. Dan Bartus was our main point person (and John Lloyd was there as well) to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were 100% satisfied throughout the process. Great people (everyone we met/worked with), all seemed sincere in making sure our needs were met. Would highly recommend to everyone!Dan also helped us with our trade-in. Nice guy!
This was probably 1st time I enjoyed the purchase experience in part do to Sean Peiper. Sean was not only friendly but easy to work with, not pushy, listened and was knowledgeable about the products. I knew what kind of car I wanted, and had been to a different Hyundai dealer but was not comfortable. I was treated promptly, and with courtesy. Dan answered my questions frankly, and I did not feel as though I was being tricked or pressured. When I decided to buy the car, they made the process straightforward, and less arduous than any of my previous automobile purchases.
I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP. HAVING BEEN IN COMMUNICATION WITH CARL HE WAS WAITING WITH THE CAR THAT WAS BEING DISCUSSED FOR MY PURCHASE. EVERYONE HE INTRODUCED ME TO, JIMMY AND BOB WERE SO ACCOMADATING FROM THE PURCHASING AND FINANCIAL END AS WELL. THEY ALSO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME RETURN THE RENTAL CAR I HAD BEEN USING. All of the people we interacted with at Earnhardt Hyundai were friendly, competent and very pleasant. I went in to explore a Hyundai Sonata and was greeted in less than 30 seconds by Sean, was shown a wonderful selection of Sonatas and given a great test drive.
