We spoke with someone on the intenet in the am about a specific car. When we arrived we test drove the car and went in to start the paperwork process and not 2 minutes in they say the car is already sold. There was no one at the dealership when we arrived and had this car out for a drive. I would never recommend this dealer or any other Mr. Ed people. This is the second time in less than a year that they have lied to us and had us drive across town for more than 2 hours with kids, just to waste our time and lie to us.
Carl, was straight forward and no pressure. Carl met all of my requests and expectations. I truly felt that I got the best deal possible. I would recommend Carl to anyone.
My experience at Earnhardt Hyundai was excellent. I was very happy with the price and benefited from the Costco Auto Program through Earnhardt. Sean did a fantastic job attending to every detail and making sure I understood what I needed to know about the car before I drove it home. I love my new Elantra GT and could not have been happier with the experience!
I called Dennis about the Camry I just purchased and instead of reading stats off a computer he physicaly went out to the car to answer any questions I had and also to assure me the vehicle I wanted was actually there. Once I arrived he was courtious to myself, my wife and our little girl. I solicited quotes via internet services which send the request to area dealers. I received what seemed like a lot of fluff/spam from this dealer. Automated responses, duplicates. Then I started receiving personalized contact from John Lloyd and Jimmy Tonelli. Asking when I can come in (instead of just giving me the quote I requested). It became very confusing who I was dealing with. One would give me info. I would like to thank Earnhardt Hyundai for having Sean peiper on staff he was exceptional helpful when I arrive I had a lot of question about the new sonata the mileage and performance so he said let's take it for a test drive well needed to say it pass with flying colors so avert returning to dealership he explain all of the paper and then while my was being look at he took me on a tour of the dealership and introduce me to the service personel . Outstanding experience in purchasing this new car. It wa the best I hacve even encountered. And it was all due to Sean Pieper, a excellant sale person. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, answered all our question, took his time and expalined everything and all of which without any preessure top make the sale. That played into it for me making this buy. Sean is great.
Jim Orosco was so helpful. He was so knowledgable and professional and polite about the Hyundai product. I purchased a 2013 with full confidence from your dealership and couldn't be happier. I will recommend Jim to friends and your dealership. My husband purchased a Hyundai last year from the old dealership and no one knew what they were doing. My husband knew more about the car than they did. He is happy with the car though as I am.
James treated us with respect and courtesy. He has followed up to make sure we are satisfied and helped us set up the blue tooth and other extras after the sale. He came to our house to pick up one of the trade in vehicles to save us another trip to the dealership. He is friendly and made this a pleasurable experience for us.
