As we were doing the initial reserch on competing car brands, we contacted the internet department of Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale (among others), and began interacting with Dennis Farrell. We spoke with someone on the intenet in the am about a specific car. When we arrived we test drove the car and went in to start the paperwork process and not 2 minutes in they say the car is already sold. There was no one at the dealership when we arrived and had this car out for a drive. I would never recommend this dealer or any other Mr. Ed people. This is the second time in less than a year that they have lied to us and had us drive across town for more than 2 hours with kids, just to waste our time and lie to us.
Carl, was straight forward and no pressure. Carl met all of my requests and expectations. I truly felt that I got the best deal possible. I would recommend Carl to anyone.
My experience at Earnhardt Hyundai was excellent. I was very happy with the price and benefited from the Costco Auto Program through Earnhardt. Sean did a fantastic job attending to every detail and making sure I understood what I needed to know about the car before I drove it home.
