Bill gave us the best quote over the phone, promised the color/interior that we wanted on that day. We were on a tight schedule and he was able to execute the paperwork with Ian Parker's assistance. Ian was very enthusiastic and clear about our warranty choice. It was exciting to return and see our new Sonata. I'll be back to work on the tech stuff in our car as Bill was right; there's a lot to swallow.
Finally a place in Arizona that knows how to treat it's customers! I want to thank Tony, Julian, and Ian for making the experience of buying a car actually pleasant. There was no pressure from the time I stepped on the lot until the time I left. No pressure for upgrades and I left in a vehicle that looks brand new. Tony was very friendly and spent time with me going over everything I wanted to know. He let me drive a standard and automatic so I could decide if I really wanted a manual (which I did)and he found the exact car I wanted. It is a beautiful red Veloster with a sun roof. Tony made sure everything was perfect when I got it and he made me feel comfortable, not rushed or pressured during the time I was there.
