I am disappointed that there is not a rating higher than a 5 on this scale, because Mike Smith deserves an "11" and Ian in the finance dept. is a close second! I felt like my brothers had sold me my Santa Fe....from the moment I got out of my car, with of course the idea that I am "just looking"....there was an instant comfort level with Mike Smith. I had never seen a Hyundai in person nor driven the cars...which didn't matter because the Consumer Reports and my friends remarks said it all about the Hyundai. I was blown away... read more

The sales associate, Nathaniel Figueroa, was very curtious and knowledgeable. He went way above and beyond to take care of my needs. Was very patient and made my time there comfortable. At no time did I feel pressured to get into a different car. I would highly recommend him to others. The quality of his work and customer service was great!

My wife and I had narrowed our search for a vehicle down to two. A Honda Civic, as we have an Accord and really like it, and the Elantra, as my son has one and really likes it. I went new cars shopping this week and visited many dearlerships while all salesmen i dealt with were friendly John Lloyd was very friendly and took the time to show us all the options and the cars we wanted and took the time to find the one we wanted also the gave us the best price and came within the budget we need in overall price.
