Hi, I have often thought that the more you spend on a car the better the treatment the buyer receives. Boy, was I wrong. I know that I bought the least expensive car that Hyundai makes. The way that Mike Smith treated me, I felt that I was buying a Rolls Royce. Although it's obvious that the commission on an Accent is minimal, he treated me with patience, respect and honesty. Bill was extremely friendly and helpful....we did expect (from an internet ad) a somewhat different monthly cost but we are mostly pleased w/ the car--it's great and this was a learning experience w/ regard to hidden costs, etc. Leasing may be the BEST avenue for us, we'll see.

I have never had an experience like this one before, so great! I actually had fun buying a car, never said that before. John Lloyd is a terrific guy, no hard sell, lots of experience and tons of knowledge about the cars. He guided us through the experience and it turned out to be a great deal on a 2013 Sonata. I found the car I wanted online through the USAA car buying service. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mario Petti. Mario gave me the details of the vehicle. I told him I would fly in from Santa Fe within 24 hours. He agreed to hold the car for me with a deposit on my credit card. He took the car off the lot and reserved it until I cold get there. He gave me his cell phone number and said to call him when I knew my flight times. He followed up and offered to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership h... read more

I set out to 'look' at a new Hyundai Tuscon and look at pricing etc. I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and every question was answered and the exact vehicle I was looking for showed up, color & all and I unexpectedly drove it away two days later. No pressure, they just made everything work and fit my needs. Great experience. I recommend Earnhardt Hyundai to all and I thank Sean, Jim & Ian for making this a great experience.

As a surprise on Dec 31 2012 my husband bought me a Hyundai Genesis Coup. The 3.8 Trac Package. He Loved Loved Loved the car. However, as for me, I really didn't. After so many years of driving trucks and SUV's. (Our other current is a F350 raised) the Hyundai Genesis was just too small and low to the ground. The car itself was awesome - just not for me.
