We came in just to check out the Hyundai Sonata after renting one recently on a business trip. We were greated by James Orosco who thouroughly went through all the features on the car and what Hyundai offered in general. James did not pressure us in any way and worked with us to get what I think was a very good deal on a three year lease. Carl did a great job by putting my needs and interest first. He truly cared about helping to get the car I wanted instead of trying to make a commission like that one guy Drew. I would definetly recommend him to friends and family.

BOTH JOHN COWAN AND JOHN LLOYD WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. i WORKED WITH JOHN LLOYD ON SATURDAY AND JOHN COWAN SUNDAY. BOTH ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH. i RATED THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE AS GOOD ONLY BECAUSE OF THE TIME WE HAD TO SPEND AT THE DEALER. Internet Sales Manager John Cowen was very rude in an email response to me. He felt he was rude, but talking down to a customer is totally unacceptable. I received a email from JimTonelli telling me that Mr. Cowen apologized and asked if he could assist me personally. This is NOT to me a apology from Mr. Cowen. He personally did not apologize. I have to say that I had the BEST experience buying my new Genesis Coupe. Bill Johnson was very informative and great to deal with. i have to admit that I have had many bad experiences with buying cars -- Earnhardt North Scottsdale is definitely the exception.
