Carl did a great job by putting my needs and interest first. He truly cared about helping to get the car I wanted instead of trying to make a commission like that one guy Drew. I would definetly recommend him to friends and family.

Internet Sales Manager John Cowen was very rude in an email response to me. He felt he was rude, but talking down to a customer is totally unacceptable. I received a email from JimTonelli telling me that Mr. Cowen apologized and asked if he could assist me personally. This is NOT to me a apology from Mr. Cowen. He personally did not apologize. I have to say that I had the BEST experience buying my new Genesis Coupe. Bill Johnson was very informative and great to deal with. i have to admit that I have had many bad experiences with buying cars -- Earnhardt North Scottsdale is definitely the exception. John Cowan made this far and above the best car buying experience I've had (and I've 7 in the last 10 years).
