I went into Earnhardt Hyundai yesterday to look at cars and Immediately fell in love with the 2013 Veloster. I wasn't even on the lot for 5 minutes and had Mike out there showing me all of the different models, told him I was in love with the car and had me set for a test drive faster then I thought was possible. Wanted a 'no hassle/no haggle' experience. Took in price guarantee certificate from Truecar.com and got just that...no haggling.Excellent sales process without undue pressure. Hi, I have often thought that the more you spend on a car the better the treatment the buyer receives. Boy, was I wrong. I know that I bought the least expensive car that Hyundai makes. The way that Mike Smith treated me, I felt that I was buying a Rolls Royce. Although it's obvious that the commission on an Accent is minimal, he treated me with patience, respect and honesty. Bill was extremely friendly and helpful....we did expect (from an internet ad) a somewhat different monthly cost but we are mostly pleased w/ the car--it's great and this was a learning experience w/ regard to hidden costs, etc. Leasing may be the BEST avenue for us, we'll see.

I have never had an experience like this one before, so great! I actually had fun buying a car, never said that before. John Lloyd is a terrific guy, no hard sell, lots of experience and tons of knowledge about the cars. He guided us through the experience and it turned out to be a great deal on a 2013 Sonata.
