Nathaniel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I did not like the back/forth with the manager - if the manager thought I was being unreasonable or was not willing to negotiate with me, he should have come out from the back and not send Nathaniel back and forth. I was asked to stay the first night to sign all the papers to make picking up the car much faster. For pick up day, I said I would be in at 4pm. Over the past several months, we have struggled with the decision of whether to purchase outright our 2011 Hyundai Sonata and release, or not. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. We are expecting our 3rd child and needed to trade in my not so family friendly car for car that will help is in this growing process. Sean went out of his way to obtain the car I wanted, and he and the other staff accommodated my late work schedule. I was able to come in, sign docs, and drive away with zero hassle. Also, the dealership has amazing popcorn!
