Between my husband and I, we have purchased 10-15 new vehicles. The sale associate (Michael Smith) was by far the best. He understood our needs and was patient throughout the process. At the same, Mike had a sense of urgency to make the right deal. Earnhardt is coming along as a dealer group that treats customers right. By having the right staff, they are definitely helping their own cause. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new car.

Michael made leasing my first ever car a pleasure. He was courteous, accommodating and very informative throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience leasing my first car. Working with Tristan made this deal very easy and very smooth. We were not sure where we would end up, but after working very hard he helped us a lot! Tristan and Art were excellent to work with. They were able to give me all the information I needed to make the right choice on the car and the type of financing that would work best for me. They also stayed on top of my needs by notifying me when a special came up on Presidents Day to get me over the hump and trade in and get a new car.

Tristan made our buying experience painless. He was very professional and did not use a high pressure approach. He also made me have a higher regard for the Earnhardt family of dealerships.
We've purchase LEXUS's for years and this purchase and serice experience was the best ever. Tristan was very professional and very accommodating, making this the easiest purchase in our car buying history.
It did not take long for this dealership to respond to my review - less than 2 hours, which is impressive. After speaking with the general manager, the dealership is making an effort to resolve my complaints.
