I was lead to Earnhardt from Cars.com and my search for the Hyundai Genesis. I answered Carl Pickett's email since he was the only sales person to email me more than once; I liked his attentiveness. Sean was great. He gave me a lift to the dealership. I was going to get a car that was a couple of years old. I looked at a few different cars. He thought that I would be much happier with the Elantra. That is the car I did end up getting, but I did get a 2013. Mike was very friendly and helpful. He spent a lot time with us, helping us find the vehicle that fit our needs best. After a lot of wonky research & test driving, I selected a certain new car, which of course turned out to be so rare that there was only one in the whole Valley that had the equipment I wanted, in one of my color choices. I bought two cars over the weekend from Carl... One new Hyundai Tuscon and a used Totota. Both transactions were honest and straightforward business deals. Carl was extremely helpful and informative during the entire process from explaining the vehicle features, test driving and final price negotiations.
