I have never had a better experience on a car lot as I did at Earnhardt Hyundai. I am very used to the "sharks" harking me at every corner, pressuring me to buy a car, the most expensive one usually, as quick as possible, but at this dealership, I was met with people that I felt were my friends helping me find the perfect car, not trying to sell me something to make a commission. From beginning to end, the process was easy, and everyone I talked to was friendly.

Although I didn't know it at the time, the car I bought was the same one I had test drove. During the test drive I told the salesperson (Mario) that car pulled to the right and that he should have it checked out. Obviously, it wasn't checked out because when I was driving car home after purchasing the vehicle, it was still pulling to the right. We were able to negotiate the price through email. He would say to you if he could do the price up front and he worked hard with his director to get a good deal for me. Everyone there was awesome, Nathaniel was very helpful in me getting the car I had been dreaming about. I got a great value for my trade-in and they were never once pushy. They allowed me and my boyfriend to test drive the cars on our own which was nice and allowed us the space to make our decision on what we were looking for. Great Great car buying experience!!
