Just recently relocated to Arizona from abroad so had little to no credit history. Dealt with Tony Wahl who could not have been more helpful. Spent about five hours over two days with Tony test driving various new cars and looking into the finance options available to me given my situation. This is the first time I have bought a car on my own with out the help of my husband or one of his friends that work in the car industry. I have owned 4 Hyundai's and loyal, however, I have had some challenges with this car (Sonata) but with each visit I have been treated incredibly well by this service department and Michael Southern. James was very helpful in the purchase and sales process of the car. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my car. We had to get the exact car I wanted from another dealership and they drove it over, even placed the new Genesis logo's on the vehicle. James is excellent!

I worked with Sean and James in getting the purchase of this car completed. Sean started with an inquiry by me on the internet re a Tucson. In his followup to me regarding that interest, I had already driven that particular car at another Hyundai dealer. I did not like it. I told that to the salesperson who was helping me, but it went no where. When I mentioned to Sean that I was no longer interested in a Tucson, he suggested the Santa Fe Sport as an alternative. I am new to the car buying experience, but Bill and Ian were both very friendly and willing to explain terms and reasons behind things. Whenever I wanted some time alone with my father so we could discuss something, we were given privacy. I appreciated Bill and Ian being straightforward with me. I also really like the quality of my new vehicle.
