I recently bought a Hyunda Sonata Hybrid. I am very happy with the car and it's features. I have owned 4 Hyundai's and loyal, however, I have had some challenges with this car (Sonata) but with each visit I have been treated incredibly well by this service department and Michael Southern. James was very helpful in the purchase and sales process of the car. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my car. We had to get the exact car I wanted from another dealership and they drove it over, even placed the new Genesis logo's on the vehicle. James is excellent!

I worked with Sean and James in getting the purchase of this car completed. Sean started with an inquiry by me on the internet re a Tucson. In his followup to me regarding that interest, I had already driven that particular car at another Hyundai dealer. I did not like it. I told that to the salesperson who was helping me, but it went no where. When I mentioned to Sean that I was no longer interested in a Tucson, he suggested the Santa Fe Sport as an alternative. I am new to the car buying experience, but Bill and Ian were both very friendly and willing to explain terms and reasons behind things. Whenever I wanted some time alone with my father so we could discuss something, we were given privacy. I appreciated Bill and Ian being straightforward with me. I also really like the quality of my new vehicle.

My rating on pricing was not perfect because we negotiated and got to a point where John wrote out a small informal contract that read I would buy the car for $14,000. But he came back and I was told I could buy the car for 14,300!.....So, essentially, to me, you did not do as was written, and, it felt as if you were taking advantage of my son's obvious discomfort. Over the years, we have purchased six new cars from Earnhardt dealerships. Our latest purchase was a new Santa Fe Sport with turbo. I had been talking to Drew Gabler over the last few months and found him to be very honest and pleasant with no "pressure". All in all, dealing with Drew and Ian in finance was a pleasant and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this dealership, and Drew to anyone. Their organization and efficiency was most impressive. We will always buy from Earnhardt dealerships!
