Well Tony actually did the research on exactly the car I needed. He was prepared on why I should select his dealership over another with the exact same car. It was about service and after the sale that got me. He also listened to me which was nice to see after a horrible experience with Camelback Kia. I own a company and told Tony that he is my guy for any future car purchases. I told him my future needs and I now have a trusted partner. He is a solid guy.

Everyone at Hyundai North Scottsdale was very friendly and helpful, especially Tristan. I felt 100% comfortable buying a car from them, which can't be said of other dealerships I visited. James was absolutely fantastic! He not only made me feel comfortable with my purchase but never once pressured me. I left the dealership in tears because I was so happy with my purchase. This was my first time buying experience and James was great! He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. He went above and beyond by being available to answer my questions even when he wasn't at work and texting me updates and letting me know what was going on with my car. Unlike most car sales people Michael Enyart is a sincere person. He is honest and tells it like it is, in a very truthful way. He will do his utmost to get you the best possible price and represents Earnhardt Hyundai very well. He offered to deliver out title (a 1-1/2 hour round trip) which is just another example of his commitment to his clients. Costco Auto experience was great. Within the hour of going to the internet costo application, received a call from the contact "Sean Pieper" at Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale North. Made an appointment and met him with my wife the same day. Talked about the car and test drove. Found the color and options requested and made the deal.
