Paulo originally started talking with me on the phone. It didn't take long to realize he was honest, quick working, and for the first time when buying a car, I actually felt like there was no bull. I waited for him for about an hour due to him having a personal emergency and my faith was paid off. I got a fair lease rate and this dealership stole a customer from their competition who will start referring others to Paulo. Jimmy was also helpful and did his job professionally.

James was extremely knowledgeable and made buying a new car far less of a hassle than it usually is. We considered purchasing a Honda, but went with Hyundai instead specifically because of James' salesmanship. He was not-at-all pushy or aggressive; he simply knew that he had a good product to sell. I would highly recommend both James and Earnhardt Hyundai.
