I found Earnhardt through the USAA buying program. I received prompt e-mail & phone contact from John Cowan. We were a little early for our appointment with John so instead of having us wait, he had James Orosco show us the Elantra we were looking at. James was very knowledgeable, not pushy & really worked to get us the best price possible. We looked at another dealer after that, but received the best deal at Earnhardt. When we returned, James was busy, but John stepped in to process the deal. What teamwork!!

I found Earnhart and John using the USAA auto buying service. I received immediate email messages and phone calls from John. I talked over my interests and he found a vehicle for me. I met him and purchased the vehicle a few days later.

I went to the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted and what I could afford. Buying my car was made very easy ,fun, simple,pleasant experience. I have recommended this dealership to my fellow employees, who are also considering making the big step. John understood it was very hard for me to let go of my old car. ( I had it for years and great memories to me) He never push me into anything, he let me take my good old time,bless him. . . it took me awhile. He is a great guy!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and dedicated to working to get me a deal that worked for me. Both the salesman and the finance staff were very knowledgeable about the Hyundai products and were very helpful with answering all of my questions.

Julian was very knowledgable about Hyundai vehicles. He spent quite a bit of time answering my questions, explaining the vehicles features and allowing me to test drive various vehicles. Once the deal was completed, he thoroughly walked me through the specific operations of my new vehicle. Julian was professional and patient. I would recommend that others ask for him at the dealership. The purchasing process was smooth and I am pleased with the final deal.

We have purchased three cars in the last two years and this experience was by far the most enjoyable!
