Amazing! From the time my son and I walked in the front door to the time he drove his "new/used" car off the lot, our experience was amazing. Recently purchased a used sonata that didn't come with the remotes syncronized to the vehicle. I took the vehicle in to have a couple things looked at and to get the remotes working properly. I was informed that it would need to be conducted by a technician and that It would cost $ 50.00. Initially, I was a little offended that the work would "need" to be performed by a technician which was a justification for the cost to simply program a remote. Carl did a great job--we had talked mostly on the phone and through email, and when I got to the dealership to finish the deal he did what he had promised (no bait and switch) and he made the transaction as smooth and pleasant as possible.

I was very pleased with my experience at Earnhardt Hyundai. We came in just to check out the Hyundai Sonata after renting one recently on a business trip. We were greated by James Orosco who thouroughly went through all the features on the car and what Hyundai offered in general.
