Mike did a great job. I knew the car I wanted, but it wasn't available. They found one, brought it in, and had it when promised.
ALL THE PERSONNEL AT DISCOVER WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. I DID HAVE TO WAIT A WHILE WHILE MY CAR WAS PREPPED (IT HAD RECENTLY ARRIVED ON THE LOT).I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN MY TRADE-IN PRICE , BUT DID NOT WANT THE PROBLEM OF SELLING IT PRIVATELY. OVERALL , I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SALESMAN AND THE DEALERSHIP.
This was a very pleasurable experience. The salesman was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. He was not pushy and made our experience a great one. We would highly recommend this dealership along with our salesman.
My wife and I did our research on the internet for pricing and models prior to going to Discovery Hyundai. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and laid back. I never felt under pressure to buy and felt very comfortable asking questions because I knew I would get an honest answer. We went to this dealership first then 2 others, after seeing the other's poor quality service, we came back to Discover to make our purchase.
Working with Ric was a true pleasure compared to my past experiences at car dealerships. We were in contact months ago when I was first in the market for a new Sonata, but my situation changed and I wasn't able to complete the deal at that time.
