Outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted at the door with a smile from Carl (my husband had already called and said I was dropping by). Had intended just to get information on the Genesis, and ended up trading in a car and buying the Genesis. This dealership was first class and more upbeat and ethical than the other dealerships i visited. We appreciated the entire experience with the dealership. There was no high pressure sales - which is an immediate turn off. We were given a good deal and the price did not change from the original offer. We felt we were treated fairly and there were no gimmicks or sales tactics. All features of the car were thouroughly explained. The warranty and extended warranty was also thouroughly explained. Since we just purchased the vehicle we have not had an opportunity to rate Quality of Work.

Found a car on line that had the things we wanted in a car. Went on a Sunday and Ric waited on us. He was very patient, friendly and answered all questions. When we decided to buy we were turned over to Brad. He was very helpful and tried his best to save us money. The car has a mirror that was broken but they assured us it would be fixed. This was, by far, was my BEST car buying experience ever! Brad and Carl were professional, fun and genuine in their approach, honest with their communication and overall terrific! Ric met my husband and I at the dealership on a Saturday after conversing with me via email during the week so that we could assess the 2004 Cadillac Deville that I found on the internet.
