On 12/26/10 I bought a Genesis 2011, thereafter was oreinted, and needed service advice and warrenty service. The salesman, Mike, the orienter, Kellie and the service rep, Bethanne were all superb in every respect. With this kind of service how can you lose. Great job. All were warm and genuine. Service was fast and well done.

The salesperson, Michael Smith, is an absolute professional and allows the car to sell itself. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Hyundai. The only complaint I have is the length of time it took to work with the finance manager and finalize the papers. I knew which car I wanted and had scheduled an appointment for a test drive. My trade-in was quickly analyzed and a fair amount proposed. Michael and I worked up numbers within a half hour and then I had to wait for the actual paper work to be completed. On Dec 30,2010 I came to Discover Hyundai in response to my internet inquiry - they said it was the end of the month , end of the year, hadn't made their numbers & were looking to make a deal. We stopped into the dealership about 6 months ago and were impressed with the service and attitude of everyone, especially Brad. We were ready to buy now so we returned. We had a great experience with Scot and were able to get the trade in value we needed for our Audi. We also felt that it was a no pressure environment and they wanted to make sure we got a deal and a car that would work for us. I found all the personnel to be especially friendly. They were courteous and respectful, which being a women, made me very comfortable in this dealership. They answered all my questions, did not pressure me to buy or make a quick decision. I told them my driving needs and they recommended particular features that were invaluable in the purchase of my vehicle.
