No pressure, no hassle, professional as far as the sales person is concerned. Did feel a little uncomfortable, however, when it came to the paper work. Was told that the Hyundai warranty was not all that it appeared to be and that I really needed an extra cost warranty program. A price of $1900 was quoted and when we declined, had to sign papers to that effect. Ric is a gentleman, who pays attention to what you want as a customer and tries to match what he can offer to what you say you want. My husband and I purchased a new Hyundai Accent 2010 for our teenage daughter. She just loves this car! We received a good discount on a price because it had some hail damage. This was by far the EASIEST and BEST experience I have EVER had when leasing a new vehicle. No pressure, everything they quoted was correct, easy delivery, took little time to test drive and get a solid quote, etc. Ron Schuler was an absolute pleasure to work with and there was no xx or games going back and forth with the supposedly-intimidating 100 ft. high "manager desk" (because there is none). It is a family-owned and operated dealership. I highly recommend this dealer and I highly recommend the 2011 Sonata!

From the 1st email response (Ric), until I drove my new 2011 Sonata off the lot (Kellie), the entire team was professional, friendly and easy to talk with.
