I owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 8 years and absolutely LOVED everything about it. I sold the Santa fe because I needed something with less miles on it, so recently purchased a used SUV from a different manufacturer, for various reasons that suited my current situation. After reading various consumer reports, my husband and I decided to either lease or purchase a Hyundai Genesis Sedan. We have (3) new 2011 hyundai Sonatas and take them to this dealership for all their maintenance for a number of reasons. The staff is very knowledeable and professional. Because we had an appointment with Syed, he met us outside and greeted us. He showed us the Sonata we were interested in, pointing out all the features. On 12/26/10 I bought a Genesis 2011, thereafter was oreinted, and needed service advice and warrenty service. The salesman, Mike, the orienter, Kellie and the service rep, Bethanne were all superb in every respect. With this kind of service how can you lose. Great job. All were warm and genuine. The salesperson, Michael Smith, is an absolute professional and allows the car to sell itself. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Hyundai. The only complaint I have is the length of time it took to work with the finance manager and finalize the papers. I knew which car I wanted and had scheduled an appointment for a test drive.
