Ric Anderson is a great sales person to work with. He was always available by phone and email (even on his day off). He explained things well and was very courtesous. I did get too much pressure however from the finance department to purchase an extended warranty.

Our salesperson was very courteous, attentive and patient. We had done our research and feel we got a fair price, definitely a win/win.
