They were very helpful, fair, friendly and patient. This is the 2nd car I have bought from them and will most likely buy another next year when my next child turns 16.

I was extremely pleased with Steve Rogan, who sold us our 2011 Sonata. He was friendly and helpful, not pushy or aggressive. He believes in his product and lets the customer experience it for himself. He answered all my questions, which I had written down, when I returned to bring him the title to my trade-in. I have to say this was the GREATEST experiance I have ever had at a Dealer Ship. Ric was wondeful to me he is so calm to be with and no pressure and always trying to please you threw the purchasing of a car. I couldn't believe that I arrived their at 10:30 when all was said and done it was 2:30 I couldn't believe I was their that long and felt wonderful with all the help I was given. Ric Anderson is a great sales person to work with. He was always available by phone and email (even on his day off). He explained things well and was very courtesous. I did get too much pressure however from the finance department to purchase an extended warranty.

Our salesperson was very courteous, attentive and patient. We had done our research and feel we got a fair price, definitely a win/win.
