From initial contact to finished service call 128 plumbing was the best! On time! Frank explained what he was going to do and went about it quickly and efficiently. He did take a quick moment to say hi to my little dog, Oreo. When finished & cleaned up, Frank reported what he found and then answered 2 other plumbing questions for me. Couldn't be happier with this service call! Thank you!

We had an oil to gas conversion done a couple of years ago at our rental unit in Stoneham and 128 did a fantastic job. We knew calling them again for our split a/c Mitsubishi system was the way to go. Their pricing was beat the competition, and the team that did the install, Brady, Wayne and Dan (the electrician) were hands down fantastic! This is the second time that Frank has been out here and he is very professional and courteous. He did a great job and we are very appreciative.
Matt did a great job for us a couple of years ago. Today he had to revive our older AC system again. First he bushwhacked his way to the unit. Does every plumber carry a machete? He is so considerate, competent, clear and fast. And he was here even earlier than promised. Of course, I'm in a good mood now because our AC is working again, but I really do appreciate the service we received from Matt and 128 Plbg & Htg. I can recommend without reservation!
128 Plumbing is the real deal. After battling against an old demon oil boiler, who I nicknamed Baal, for too long, my wife and I agreed that it was time to convert from oil to gas. This is a relatively stressful and financially taxing process. I recently had a Mitsubishi ductless system installed and we are very happy with the job that was done. Luis and Brandon were the installers and they were total pros. They were on time, knew their stuff, were impeccable in their installation and did everything we asked of them. We would recommend Luis, Brandon and 128 PHC to anyone who needs their service.
