I have nothing but good things to say about the crew that just installed my new heating system. Gio, Darren and Jason were great to deal with. They were professional, courteous and very informative. They did the job in the time frame expected, and cleaned up like they had never been here. The job looks very neat and organized, and something I am proud to show to others. Thanks to the crew and all of the office staff for their assistance!!!
Great service! A bit pricey though. Paid almost $300 to fix a light switch.
Upon waking up on a very cold day, I called 128 heating and was provided heating service today from James. He did an outstanding job, so much so that I purchased the 3-year service plan. This is the company I want for any future heating/cooling issue. Thank you James for getting our heat to work!
Just had my heating system checked by Frank from 128. The only reason I gave him "5 STARS" was because "20 STARS" was not an option. This guy is a true "Pro" by all means. I will always ask for him in the future because he is very knowledgeable and performs his work in a clean, patient and efficient manner.
128 Heating & Plumbing have a great group of employees. Our experience with Marissa (office), Wayne, Dan, and all the others whose names I cannot recall did a great job at our home. We had split heat/cool systems installed. I would definitely recommend this company.
I just had a service call by Norm of 128, and I have to say I'm sorry I waited this long to use their services. Norm serviced my ductless mini split and gave the system a clean bill of health. He was prompt, thorough and professional. He explained the operation of the system and its components. He explained each test result, what it meant and how it affected the operation of the system.
