Levi, Gio and their team did an amazing job at installing our new boiler and removing the old one. They were prompt, professional and polite throughout the extent of the job. Their work left both my husband and me very impressed. They left no loose ends and completed the job exceeding our expectations. It is not every day that I leave a review like this, but we were genuinely pleased. I highly recommend 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric for any of the services they provide, you will not be let down.

For the second consecutive year the service to my gas furnace was performed by Frank; he remembered everything about the location, light switches, etc. very thorough with his explanation of service performed and he answered several questions I had. I'll request him next year!

My boiler broke and we were without heat. I called and Tim H came out as soon as they were able. He worked efficiently and thoughtfully. He was kind and explained clearly what was going on and what procedure was to fix the problem. I would call 128 again in a heartbeat.

Lost heat over the weekend and was trying to find a company to come out and help. Unfortunately 128 was booked solid, but they were able to provide a referral for another company who was able to come right out and help us. A lot of respect and gratitude to 128 who was honest, knowledgeable and was able to give us a great referral. Thank you!!!
