We called 128 in the middle of a deep freeze when our heater suddenly decided to stop working. With two small children in the house, we were desperate to have it fixed. RecommendedOn December 18 and 19 Gio and Darren removed my 45 year old boiler and replaced it with a new 95% efficient one. The heat has been excellent and my husband and I feel secure and comfortable. The installation was done by Gio and Darren who were professional, knowledgable, polite, and considerate. 128 PH&C were a great company to work with. They gave us immediate quotes for water heaters and they were straight forward and did a fantastic job. Dom, our service tech, kept us apprised of different situations as they came up. Also, why they were here they were able to take a look at our house set-up for a possible future installation of central AC. Thank you for being a great company to work with from start to finish.
