Great company! I had Darren come to our house yesterday and he was very polite & helpful. He fixed our central air which involved going up into our attic in the heat and humidity. He still had a great attitude and was very personable. He even answered some questions unrelated to the task he was called to the house for.

I have been a customer of 128 for a couple of years now. From ease of scheduling appointments to being treated with courtesy, I have always had good experience with them. This past Friday Norm visited my house to perform the annual AC checkup. He was professional and thorough, and spent enough time to explain any issues he found and answer the questions I had. I would highly recommend 128 and Norm in particular if you need any work on your AC system.

Darren did a great job diagnosing the problem with our central air conditioning system! We had two servicemen from other companies come to our home before Darren and they were not able to correctly diagnose or fix the problem. Our system was low on refrigerant and Darren determined this after some testing. He added refrigerant to the system and got it working! He is an asset to your company and we highly recommend him! We had installation of duct work installled for an air conditioning system. I was so I was so impressed with Craig and his professionalism. He amazed me with the quality of work and how neat and clean he was after working each day. I would highly recommend him and this company to all of my friends.
