We have used 128 to install a tankless water heater, AC compressor, and various plumbing services. Our tankless water heater, through no fault of 128, kept failing intermittently. RJ came out on very short notice multiple times and then he and Jimmy came out. Ultimately, they tracked down the problem as being caused by an error in the way the building's exhaust and intake pipes were installed by the developer. The heater was fine. I had 128 Home Services install a heat pump with 3 zones in my home. The installers, Wayne and Anthony were fantastic. The job was done very professionally, everything was nice and neat, and they cleaned up when they were finished. Derick and crew did the electrical and also did a great job. I would highly recommend.

This company has gone WAY downhill, unfortunately. They over-promise and significantly underdeliver and offer servicing packages that they then can't follow through with in a timely manner, but will then be happy to charge you extra for a sooner visit. Avoid at all costs and go with a smaller company who actually cares about its customers and can help you in a timely and affordable way.
