RecommendedHad two appointments scheduled a week ago, one for a replacement filter unit, one to clean and service our compressor. Both technicians, Norm and Craig, were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were each very helpful at explaining the benefits of their work, what they accomplished, and what our future options would be. Norm even went above and beyond, noticing a warped arm on our screen door, and offering to fix for us. Very happy with the service from each.
Service people are allways pleasant. They cover their shoes to protect floors. Tell you about items that could assist with problems such as allergies. Let you know everything they are doing as they handle whatever service you are having done. Also the 128 phone representatives are easy to speak with for scheduling.
They were quick to respond and technician was great.
Service is expert. Technicians are well-trained and efficient. Techs are meticulous and don't mess up the work space. Pleasant to work with them as well as administrative staff.
I was a former customer. On Sunday afternoon, 4/19, my toilet clogged. I only have one toilet so this was a problem. I tried plunging. Did not work. I called 128 and a very nice lady told me that dispatch would call me back. A few hours later dispatch called to tell me the earliest they could get to me would be Tuesday afternoon. Two full days!! I am absolutely thrilled with my first experience working with this company. They came within an hour when I called them on a Sunday because my heating system wasn't working. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the necessary part. He also gave us a space heater to use while we waited. A global health pandemic is not the time any homeowner wants to find themselves with a flooded basement and a broken water heater. However, 128 Plumbing helped us deal with the issue very quickly, professionally, and importantly—with complete respect for "social distance" and everyone's health in and around our home. Communication from the office was excellent even on the weekend. Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

We are very disappointed with a service call to our house on 11/27. We have used you all in the past and felt like our service tech today did not complete the job or have any answers for us. Might choose another provider in the future. We feel like we paid you $230 to walk into our home and not give us any of the correct information as we had to call the manufacturer ourselves and get a different answer and issue.
