RecommendedI was amazed at how fast and professional the entire process was from start to finish. Install, inspections, clean up etc. Unfortunately, a year and a few months after install the Columbia Gas disaster struck. Columbia Gas removed the 128 Plumbing system and replace it with the same one. I'm trying to figure out warranty information with Columbia Gas now and set up a preventive maintenance program with 128. In five months I will be ready for the second system to go in and I would choose no one other than 128 Plumbing.
Our furnace broke right when the super cold weather started and they were able to see us quickly and replace our whole heating system the next day. RJ, Paul and Luis were all great and so helpful. Everyone that came over worked quickly and were kind and explained everything throughout the process. We are so appreciate we didn't have to go another day without heat!
We had a non-functioning furnace. They squeezed us in the day we called to come out and that afternoon had a plan. By the next day they were working on installing a new furnace/water heater. It was completed the following day. They were very professional, explained issues as it went along, answered all questions I had, and did everything I would want. Their timely response was critical for us as we were scheduled to go out of town the following week to a wedding.
128 Plumbing to the rescue! On one of the hottest days of the year, RJ from 128 Plumbing saved the day and fixed our air conditioner. 128 Plumbing and RJ are the best!!!!

Adin was professional, friendly and thorough - he made sure I understood the issue and quote (as much as a non-plumber brain can), made the call to the hot water supplier to determine warranty level and swept the floor before leaving. On time, professional, quiet, polite, accurate quote, clean, and excellent communication. I can see the reason for all the high reviews. Now if they could just open up a division to provide tech-support for my Internet, computers, and essentially all of my electronics, I would be delighted. Will definitely use again.
