I first learned that I needed a new furnace on November 21, contacted them days later, and within a couple of days of our first contact, I was put in touch with MassSave to perform the assessment (I was about a month out on another contractor's MassSave schedule), and days later, the furnace was in. Big fan of this company! We hired 128 plumbing after our previous HVAC vendor treated us poorly and unfairly. RJ was able to come within 48 hours for a non-emergency (but still pressing) heating issue. He was very thorough in identifying the problem, was communicative throughout the process, frequently asking me if I had any questions while explaining what he was seeing. Love this company. Everyone who we have been in contact with is fantastic. Today we had Mark E. do a good health service call for us on our boiler that 128 installed for us two years a good. He is polite, pleasant and very professional. Very knowledgeable about balancing the radiators. Will definitely keep using this family owned company!
We needed someone to fix a leaking pipe in my bathroom. 128 was able to send someone out within a few hours of my call. Dom arrived and was courteous, professional and quickly fixed the problem. I'll definitely call them for future projects.
