I cannot say enough good things about 128 PH&C. They installed a new central air system and a new furnace today in my home. Paul the service tech/expert kept me informed and was so very polite and courteous as well as being extremely knowledgeable. The job was finished in 1 day and with the exception of seeing a new furnace and new AC unit you would never even have known they were here. They treated my house as if it were their own. We had 128 PHC&E install a new combination boiler and water heater in our home. The entire experience was flawless. Greg helped us pick the right system, Marissa was great coordinating with MassSave's HEAT program, and Dom & Jason were professional, friendly, and most importantly did a great job and finished early. We have some future projects planned and will undoubtedly be going with 128 PHC&E.

To put it Pointblank. JAMES is the man. I'll put it this way 150 pound dog, 10 pound dog, two kids and a wife. James not only fixed the problem but fixed what ANOTHER COMPANY couldn't figure out. Within one hour I was up and operational. Professional courteous and if anyone has AC problems look no further. No-brainer, this company rocks and James is an ASSET to 128.
