After finally deciding that my 1967 Slantfin had seen enough winters, I decided to upgrade to a high efficiency boiler. 128 Plumbing was great from the beginning; all of the folks I dealt with were professional and friendly, and they did an outstanding job. Josh was the main installer for the new boiler, and he was early both days, very friendly and knowledgeable, and VERY neat. I have pretty high standards for neatness and tidiness when it comes to work in my home, and I would have Josh back to do work any time. In a very s... read more

We recently moved to MA and wanted to have our heating system checked out before winter set in. We called 128 Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and from the outset they were polite, informative and helpful. Our service specialist, Joe, was friendly and patiently took the time to explain a number of the features of our heating system. Based on this first, positive experience with 128 P&H, I plan to use them for our HVAC issues going forward. Thanks
I could not be more pleased with Zoran and the crew that managed my gas conversion over the past two weeks! Everything from start to finish was professional, considerate, and efficient. They arrived by 7:30am and Zoran started the day with an overview of what and where they would be working. At the end of each day the site was clean and all thru the conversion there was minimal disruption to our daily lives. I would recommend highly and without hestitation or any reservation, this company.
The installer Levi was excellent! Disconnected the old oil heater and installed a new gas unit. He explained everything on the new unit, communicated well to myself and my wife all of the new features. I definitely recommend Levi and 128 plumbing if you are in need of oil to gas conversion or any plumbing needs!
After many years with oil heat, we decided to convert to gas in Dec 2014. The change over went great. Old furnace and oil tank removed with new modern wall hung gas unit. The installers and team did a great job. Now, 1 year later it is time for a tune up. Matt Reid, service specialist, came to perform the service. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions so I could understand, and also explained the service agreements.
