Waking up warm and cozy this morning with new install of high efficiency heater, and hot water tank. 128 PH&C provided excellent customer service, they handled all the details of the job - from install, to clean up and inspection, including helping with MassSave Loan. The technicians were pleasant and thouroughly explained what I could expect each day of install.
My Husband and I just converted from oil to gas with our Multi-Family home and it could not have gone better. 128 did everything they could to give us the best situations possible with our home. It was a big job that was done in an extremely timely fashion. We scheduled a furnace tune up with 128 Plumbing. Matt Reid was the technician that came to the house. Matt's service was beyond excellent. He cleaned parts of our gas furnace that had been over looked by others who had been contracted to do the same job. We will request Matt for any other service required at our home. Kudos to Matt!!
I contracted 128 Plumbing to complete an oil-to-gas conversion. Everyone was very helpful and thorough in explaining the process (which I knew nothing about), helping me navigate the forms and procedures for an energy assessment, and putting me in contact with an experienced and friendly lender to process the 0% financing loan. Our tech, Zoran, was friendly and prompt. He was very helpful in answering any questions I had and explaining the work to me step-by-step as he completed it. Overall it was a very positive experience.
Matthew Doherty did a great job! He was very informative and respectful. I would ask for him in the future. He took time to explain all that needed to be done. Matthew came again on Jan. 6th to fix faucet and replace garbage disposal. Once again excellent service and very informative. He really knows the business well! Thanks Matthew!
