Tom C. has been to my home on several occasions for different services and each time he has provided excellent service with a pleasant and reassuring demeanor. As always, 128 Plumbing has done a great job and in particular Tom has continued the tradition of excellent professional and customer service.
Tom C did a great job installing my water heater He was a true professional and a asset to 128 Plumbing I would also like to mention what a great job Leslie did keeping me informed
Zoran and the installation crew at 128 were awesome. They treated my house as if it was their own. The office staff helped coordinate the conversion to natural gas and do all the paperwork for mass save financing and rebates etc which was also super helpful. But it is the installation crew that really makes 128 stand apart. Thanks for everything we are very happy with the new heating, AC, and hot water system!
Today Joe replaced my 13 yr old garbage disposal. He has been doing my plumbing work in my home for the last thirteen years. He has repaired or replaced almost everything in my home including augmenting my sewer line. He is very professional and I have never had any issues with his work. Joe is a plumber I would recommend asking for when you call 128 Plumbing.

We were referred to 128 from a co-worker. So we left an on-line message and the next day Joe and his apprentice Tom stopped over to look at our kitchen sink plumbing. Wouldn't you know, they show up early!! They provided us with several options and were very professional and diligent. While we had them over we asked about our shower cartridge and since Joe's been around long enough to see an old Symmons like ours, he was able to stop the leak without replacing anything (and he didn't charge us for his service). I am a new customer. Jason, the Service Pro was very professional. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very knowledgeable about my heating system.
