After living in... (Verified Renter) After living in many complexes, 1016 exceeded expectations. Whenever something in the main areas were broken, things were quickly fixed and the property was well maintained. Also, the maintenance staff goes ABOVE and beyond compared to other properties. Keith and Chester are phenomenal (and the others too, but I know those 2 the best!). The only big issue with the property is using OnePoint...it's def a ~50% premium over GA power.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this place for location, price, and the overall vibe of the community. From what I saw residents seem nice (definitely for young renters) and the amenities are amazing.
I just moved... (Verified Renter) I just moved for more living space into a townhome :) 1016 was a wonderful 2 years spent for me and if i ever decide to downsize and want to move back into loft living, i would definitely return to 1016
The maintenance staff... (Verified Renter) The maintenance staff is great and so quick to come over and fix things. I've lived here since 2010 and they are still great at fixing stuff fast and being knowledgeable.

Construction noise is... (Verified Renter) Construction noise is terrible and my view Is and will now be blocked by new apartments
The rooms can... (Verified Renter) The rooms can become very humid, and the mold that forms on the windows and blinds is annoying. Otherwise I've enjoyed my stay.
The construction around... (Verified Renter) The construction around is a complete disaster, and I wish the mangement company was better ahead of things such as assisting residents with the traffic congestion issues, package room (which is definitely better now), as well as a few other issues.
