Verified Renter i'm loving living here so far! the view is amazing and the staff are wonderful. The apartments have a unique city loft feel to them, and it's so close to everything!
Noise, Mold & Mildew, and More Lived here from July 2020 to June 2021. I am but a simple tenant sharing my honest experiences here: no opinions are present in this review. Here's what I have to say about this place to future tenants: If your future apartment is on the side of the complex that faces the parking deck, beware that the noise from loud car engines, construction, and Compound and Republic Lounge will be consistent throughout the week. Don’t Move Here!! If I could give a 0 I would. It’s run poorly by the most unqualified management team possible. Even if you could look past the management office, Friday - Sunday nights are horrible. If you are not home by 8pm then expect to sit in traffic less than a block from the apartments. They don’t enforce their own parking rules, so even once you’re in the gate after an 20-30 minute traffic jam, you have to drive around the parking deck to find a spot not taken by nonresidential in the residents parking spaces. After living in... (Verified Renter) After living in many complexes, 1016 exceeded expectations. Whenever something in the main areas were broken, things were quickly fixed and the property was well maintained. Also, the maintenance staff goes ABOVE and beyond compared to other properties. Keith and Chester are phenomenal (and the others too, but I know those 2 the best!). The only big issue with the property is using OnePoint...it's def a ~50% premium over GA power.

The maintenance staff... (Verified Renter) The maintenance staff is great and so quick to come over and fix things. I've lived here since 2010 and they are still great at fixing stuff fast and being knowledgeable.
